We started business in 1928 in New Bremen, Ohio and since then have continued to service the machine shop Ohio industry, the local stamping industry, those in need of tool and die and more.

Along with die making, stamping, machine design, CNC machining and grinding, we are a full service machine shop Ohio that will work hard to service your needs. In 1980 we added NC machines controlled by programmable controller computers that are made for a very high volume of precision machine parts. In 1993 we ramped up our production stamping in response to our machine shop customers demand. We have a large variety of punch presses. We have since expanded to include state of the art Wire EDM machines, CNC machines, punch presses, mills, drills, lathes and grinders.
